- Timeline & Phases
- Phase I (0-4 wks): NWB/TDWB, brace locked, quad sets, SLR, ankle pumps, ROM 0-90 deg; Phase II (4-8 wks): progressive WB with brace, AROM, strengthening; Phase III (8-12 wks): full WB, progressive strengthening, balance; Phase IV (12-16+ wks): return to activity, sport-specific training
