Timeline & Phases
Phase I (0-2 wks): pain/effusion control, ROM 0-90°, NWB; Phase II (2-4 wks): ROM 0-120°, NWB; Phase III (4-8 wks): full ROM, NWB→PWB; Phase IV (8-12 wks): normal gait, WBAT; Phase V (3-4 months): run 2 miles; Phase VI (4-6 months): return to all activities, agility/plyometrics
