WB in locked brace (full extension) with crutches; FWB by wk 4; brace opened to 0-90° at wk 6+; brace discharged at wk 8-10
Key Restrictions
No active knee extension x 6 wks; locked brace at all times x 6 wks; PROM 0-90° by wk 10, full motion by wk 20; limited CKC 0-70° x 16 wks; no full-depth CKC x 6 months; running 16-24 wks per physician clearance

7 phases: Patient Education (pre-op), Maximum Protection (0-6 wks), Protected Motion (6-10 wks), Motion and Muscle Activation (10-20 wks), Advanced Strengthening and Eccentric Control (20-24 wks), Advanced Movement and Impact (6-8+ months), Return to Sport (8-12+ months). RTS at 9-12 months
