Sling in neutral with abduction pillow (30-45 deg ABD); sleep in sling; wean during day wks 4-6; D/C at wks 7-8
Key Restrictions
No AROM wks 0-3; no reaching behind back (especially into IR); no excessive ER or ABD; no lifting >coffee cup wks 4-8; no lifting >10lbs wks 7-11; avoid ER above 80 deg ABD; no WB through hands
