Sling x 6 wks including sleep; no ER/IR isometrics 0-4 wks; no combined abduction + ER at 4 wks; posterior glides only (no anterior) at 6 wks; no IR isometrics until 6 wks

Timeline & Phases

0-2 wks wrist/elbow ROM only; 2 wks PROM/AAROM FF 90 and ER neutral, gentle isometrics (no ER/IR); 4 wks FF 120, ER 20, Abd 90, scapula (no combined Abd+ER); 6 wks D/C sling, active motion all planes, posterior glides OK; 8 wks resisted therabands; 12 wks sports-specific; 18-24 wks return to play with MD approval
