- 4 phases: Phase I (wks 2-4, NWB CAM boot, PROM DF/PF only), Phase II (wks 4-6, PWB-WBAT CAM boot, ankle isometrics and foot intrinsics), Phase III (wks 6-8, wean CAM boot, full ankle ROM all planes, bilateral balance), Phase IV (wks 8-12, walking/hiking/biking, single leg balance, no running x12 weeks)
