- Phase I (pre-op education) -> Phase II (inpatient 0-3 days) -> Phase III (0-3 wks: protected motion + gait training) -> Phase IV (6-10 wks: strengthening + CKC) -> Phase V (10+ wks: advanced strengthening + sport-specific)
