Knee immobilizer 3 wks; TDWB 3-5 days; CKC 20-70° or full extension only; avoid submaximal CKC 6 wks; active hamstring at 4 wks, resistive at 6 wks; no lateral exercises 6-8 wks; no pivoting/ballistic ≥4 months; no resisted leg extension at any point
