- Sling 3-4 weeks; no shoulder ER with abduction for 6 weeks; Phase III requires ER ≥90° at 90° ABD and <10% LSI on strength and ASH tests; no swimming until Phase V

- Phase I (0-6 wks): sling 3-4 wks, ER to neutral, isometrics week 3; Phase II (6-11 wks): full ROM, RC strength at 45°; Phase III (10-11 wks+): ER ≥90° at 90° ABD, <10% LSI strength and ASH; Phase IV (15 wks+): plyometrics, sport biomechanics; Phase V (20 wks+): RTS (overhead: 100% strength Biodex/ASH/grip; contact: + CKCUET)
