- PWB 20% foot-flat with crutches x 2 wks; wean off crutches beginning wk 3

- Avoid any 'pinch' feeling in hip with ROM and exercises; avoid hip flexor/adductor aggravation; limit ER and extension ROM x 4 wks; capsular plication: increased ROM protection early; circumduction or no-resistance upright biking for PROM; proper activation and recruitment of all hip/core musculature required before initiating strengthening
