Hip Arthroscopy / Labral Repair — Hip Labral Repair with FAI (Arthroscopy)

PWB: 20 lb foot flat x 2 wks; hip plications: PWB 4-6 wks; microfracture: PWB 6 wks; FWB by ~6 wks standard cases
Key Restrictions
Flexion 0-90 x 2 wks; avoid passive hyperextension x 3 wks; ER to 20 x 2 wks; abduction 0-45 by 2 wks; NO SLR in flexion; stationary bike 1 hr/day x 4 wks (within 90 precaution)
Timeline & Phases
Phase 1 (0-6 wks: protective, crutches + limited ROM) -> Phase 2 (6-8 wks: normalize gait) -> Phase 3 (9-12 wks: movement + strength) -> Phase 4 (12-16 wks: advanced movement + impact) -> Phase 5 (16+ wks: return to sport)

Return to sport ~16 wks; criteria: 90% LSI single-leg hop, Y balance, isokinetic testing; microfracture and plication extend PWB; running program at 4 months with Level 1 RTS criteria
