- Weight-Bearing
- 20% BW foot flat x 2 wks; WBAT by wks 3-4; labral reconstruction: 20% BW x 6 wks
- Key Restrictions
- Avoid ER >30° and hip hyperextension x 6 wks; avoid iliopsoas activation (SLR, resisted hip flexion) first several weeks; no ballistic stretching
- Timeline & Phases
- Phase I (surgery to 3 wks: muscle activation, hip stability, ROM restrictions) -> Phase II (~3 wks+: progressive strength, wean crutches, single-leg control) -> Phase III (sport-specific training)
