- Microfracture: TTWB x 4 wks (longer than labral repair alone); CPM 0-60 deg x 6 hrs/day x 4-6 wks for microfracture; no active SLR x 3 wks; no deep squatting x 12 wks; avoid hip flexion >90 deg; no impact activities until 16-20 wks; CKC focus (leg press, step-ups, mini-squats, hamstring curls — light weights high reps, smooth and slow)

- 4 phases: Phase I (0-4 wks, TTWB, CPM if microfracture, passive/active assisted ROM, stationary bike), Phase II (4-8 wks, FWB, progressive strengthening), Phase III (8-12 wks, advanced strengthening, impact prep), Phase IV (12-20 wks, return to sport)
