Key Restrictions
Icing 3-5x/day 30 min; no cutting/jumping/pivoting until Phase 3; swimming at 1 month; repetitions smooth and slow, NOT explosive
Timeline & Phases
3 time-based phases: Wk 1-3, Wk 3-6, Wk 6 - 3 months; 2-3 visits/wk with 5x/wk HEP
