Weight-Bearing
TDWB x 6 weeks with crutches; D/C brace and advance to WBAT at week 6
Key Restrictions
TDWB x 6 weeks; brace full ROM, sleep locked in extension; 0-120 degrees AROM first 4 weeks
Timeline & Phases
Phase I (1-6 wks): TDWB in brace, quad sets/SLR, CKC, stationary bike; Phase II (6-12 wks): D/C brace, WBAT, stair climbing, elliptical, proprioception; Phase III (3-6 months): running, isokinetics, plyometrics, agility (quad/HS 85% symmetry criteria); Phase IV (6 months): return to practice; Phase V (8-9 months): full return to activity
