Immobilizer day and night for 6 weeks; PROM limits: 30 ER, 90 FF supine, no extension, no abduction, arm must stay anterior to axillary line; no resisted IR/adduction in Phase II; plank/push-ups deferred to 16 wks
Timeline & Phases
Phase I (0-6 wks): immobilizer + PROM with limits -> Phase II (6-12 wks): AROM + isometrics, no resisted IR/adduction -> Phase III (12-16 wks): eccentrics, plyometrics at 16 wks -> Phase IV (4-5 months): aggressive strengthening -> Phase V (5-7 months): full return

Arm must remain anterior to axillary line throughout Phase I; push-ups deferred to wk 16; 5-phase protocol with sport return not before 5 months
