- 5 phases: Phase I (wks 1-4, sling, PROM ER ≤40, no AROM), Phase II (4-6 wks, AAROM begins), Phase III (6-8 wks, AROM begins, biceps loading begins), Phase IV (8-12 wks, progressive strengthening), Phase V (12-16 wks, return to sport)
