No active bicep exercises x 4 wks; no lifting/pushing/pulling until wks 4-5; resistance <2 lbs until wk 10; no weight machines until wks 10-12
Timeline & Phases
Day 4-Wk 1 sling, PROM all planes, scapular mobility/HEP; Wk 2 PROM/AAROM, scapular isometrics; Wk 3 AAROM/AROM (goal full PROM elbow); Wks 4-5 wean sling, AROM shoulder, active elbow no resistance; Wks 6-7 AROM all planes, PREs no weight, TB IR/ER wk 7; Wks 8-10 <2 lbs resistance, UBE, loaded bicep with resisted supination; Wks 10-12 weight machines (lat pulls, rows, rear/middle delt); 3-4 months sport-specific; 4 months D/C at full strength pain-free
