Timeline & Phases
Phase I (0-4-6 wks): sling per surgeon, sub-max isometrics, no biceps loading; Phase II (6-8 wks): full AROM, RC strengthening; Phase III (8-12 wks): 5/5 RC at 90° abd, no sports; Phase IV (12 wks+): sport-specific strengthening, throwing program; Phase V (20 wks+): RTS (surgeon and PT clearance)
