Sling for comfort 0-6 wks; no active elbow flexion or resisted supination 0-6 wks; no biceps strengthening until 6 wks; terminal biceps stretch per surgeon guidance; no military press or wide grip bench press

Phase I 0-2 wks (protective); Phase II 2-6 wks (active ROM); Phase III 6-8 wks (strengthening, eccentric then concentric biceps); Phase IV >9 wks (return to sport)
