0-3 wks (NWB, posterior splint/90° immobilizer), 3-6 wks (WBAT in walking boot, Aircast day-to-day), 6-12 wks (increased intensity, full ROM cautious inversion/eversion), 3-6 months (RTS with lace-up ankle support)
