No passive stretching into PF and inversion; no plyometrics prior to 11-12 weeks; no return to sports prior to 12 weeks; wear brace for 6 months post-op

4 phases: Phase I (0-6 wks, NWB then WBAT in CAM boot), Phase II (6-8 wks, wean CAM boot to brace FWB), Phase III (8-12 wks, full ROM/strength/normal gait on uneven surfaces), Phase IV (12-16 wks, return to sport)
