- CPM 4 hrs/day x 8 wks; brace 0-6 wks; no anterior capsule stretch; no sitting >90 deg hip flexion >30 min x 2 wks; no isolated iliopsoas contraction
- Timeline & Phases
- Phase 1 (0-6 wks): FFWB, CPM/bike, ROM; Phase 2 (7-9 wks): progressive WB, strength; Phase 3 (10-12 wks): functional strength, sport prep; Phase 4 (13+ wks): RTS; 4-6+ months
