- Posterior elbow/wrist orthosis (elbow 45 deg, wrist neutral) full time 0-2 wks, wean 4-6 wks; no lifting >1 lb Phase I; no pushing/pulling/heavy grasping Phase I; no lifting >5 lbs or repetitive resistive use Phase II

- Phase I 0-6 wks (orthosis/AROM/edema control); Phase II 6-12 wks (eccentric/concentric strengthening, return to work); eccentric extensor strengthening begins 6-8 wks at 1-3 lbs
- Notes
- OT-driven protocol (OTR/L, CHT); procedure removes degenerative lesion + lateral epicondyle tip; eccentric extensor strengthening progresses 1 lb -> 2 lb -> 3 lb; return to full work duties 8-12 wks
