- Key Restrictions
- No lifting/pushing/pulling; no resistance strengthening until 6 weeks; cock-up wrist orthosis (WHO) in 30-40° extension full time until acute pain subsides (2-4 weeks) then wean
- Timeline & Phases
- Phase 1 (0-2 wks): long arm elbow/wrist splint, elevation; Phase 2 (2-6 wks): cock-up WHO 30-40°, wrist 4-way and forearm AROM, elbow AROM, radial nerve glides, scapular stabilization; Phase 3 (6-12 wks): wean WHO, progressive wrist/forearm and grip strengthening, radial nerve glides, low-level RTS activities

- Radial nerve glides; scapular stabilization (prone horizontal ABD, full can, serratus wall slides); earlier WHO weaning than with-repair protocol; low-level RTS activities in Phase 3 per symptoms
