- Sling 6 weeks (more restrictive than Bankart); no shoulder IR past neutral weeks 1-6; no IR with abduction weeks 1-8; ROM progresses by week in Phase I; ER in ABD limited to ~60° in Phase II; no swimming until Phase V
- Timeline & Phases
- Phase I (0-6 wks): sling 6 wks, week-by-week ROM limits (no IR past neutral), isometrics from day 10; Phase II (6-12 wks): full ROM except ER in ABD ~60°, RC at 45°; Phase III (12 wks+): 5/5 RC at 90°, ER in ABD to 90°; Phase IV (15 wks+): high velocity, plyometrics; Phase V (20 wks+): sport-specific, RTS
