Sling 24 hrs/day x4 wks then wean x2 wks; PROM restricted (90 deg elevation / 30 deg ER at 0-3 wks; 120 deg / 45 deg ER at 3-6 wks); avoid ER at 90 deg abduction until >6 wks; no overhead sport until 6 months

Phase I: 0-6 wks (passive ROM, sling); Phase II: 6-12 wks (active ROM, full PROM by wk 12 but not before wk 8); Phase III: 12-24 wks (strengthening, RTS at 6 months)
