- Phase 1 (wk 1: recovery) -> Phase 2 (wk 2-5: intermediate, RC + scapular isometrics) -> Phase 3 (wk 6-15: advanced, Throwers Ten + full AROM) -> Phase 4 (wk 16-19: plyometrics) -> Phase 5 (5+ months: interval sports return)
