Sling at all times Phases I-II; no ER beyond neutral until wk 4; no active/AAROM elbow supination/biceps flexion until wk 6; no shoulder extension past neutral Phase III; avoid lat pull-downs and isolated rows Phase III; no resisted straight-arm elevation until wk 10; no UE plyometrics until 12+ wks; sling DC no sooner than 6 wks; swimming not until UE plyometric tolerance established
