Wks 1-4 (PROM, sling full time); Wks 5-6 (AAROM/AROM transition, sling D/C); Wk 7 (gentle biceps resistance); Wks 8-12 (progressive resistance up to 5 lbs); Wks 12-16 (up to 10 lbs, jogging begins); Wks 17-24 (return to sport with surgeon clearance)

Throwing: short toss at 4 months, full throwing at 6 months; racket sports baseline at 4 months, serving/overheads at 6 months
