- Sling with abduction pillow (30-45 deg ABD) x 6 wks; neutral rotation

- No AROM/AAROM Phase I; no biceps contraction (elbow AROM) x 6 wks; ER <30 deg scapular plane Phase I; ER <45 deg Phase II; AROM begins wks 7-8; resisted elbow flexion not until wk 12

- 6 phases: Phase I (0-3 wks, sling + ABD pillow, PROM ER<30/FF<90, no AROM/AAROM/biceps), Phase II (4-6 wks, PROM ER<45/FF<120, AAROM begins, no AROM or biceps), Phase III (7-8 wks, AROM + elbow flexion begins, sling D/C), Phase IV (9-12 wks, full PROM/AROM, resisted elbow flexion at wk 12), Phase V (13-16 wks, advanced strengthening, RTS criteria), Phase VI (4-6 months, return to sport)
